Ordertune — Terms of Use
Version: terms-v1 Effective from: 2026-10-01 Binding language: English. Any translation is provided for convenience only.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of the Ordertune trading platform at t1.ordertune.com ("the Platform") and the signals, model portfolios and analytics delivered through it ("the Services").
They are between you ("you") and Order Dynamics GmbH, Geschwister-Scholl-Strasse 109, 20251 Hamburg, Germany, registered with the commercial register of Amtsgericht Hamburg under HRB 200459 and trading as Ordertune ("we", "us"). The full company details are in the Legal Notice at https://ordertune.com/imprint-terms-privacy/#imprint.
By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Separate documents apply alongside these terms and form part of your agreement with us:
- the Risk Disclosure, at
/legal/risk-disclosure - the Privacy Policy, at
/legal/privacy - the Ordertune Bridge Terms of Service, at
/legal/bridge-tos, if you use
the Bridge software
- the Withdrawal Instruction and model withdrawal form, at
/legal/withdrawal-instruction, if you are a consumer
1a. Who "you" are, and which account the Services are for
"You" means the one natural person or the one legal entity that holds the account with us.
If you hold the account as a legal entity, the Services are for the trading of that entity's own assets, carried out by the natural persons you have named to us. They are not for the assets of your clients, your members, your investors, or anyone else.
"Your brokerage account" means a brokerage account of which you are the beneficial owner — the account whose profits and losses are economically yours. An account that you hold, operate, manage, advise on or have trading authority over for someone else is not your brokerage account under these terms, whatever its legal title and whoever signed for it.
If you want to use the Services in connection with accounts you do not beneficially own — as a financial adviser, a portfolio manager, a family office, a trading firm or in any comparable role — you need a separate written agreement with us. Section 7a says how to ask for one. The plans offered on this site do not cover that use, and subscribing to several of them does not add up to it.
2. What the Services are — and what they are not
Ordertune is an information service. We publish algorithmically generated trading signals and model portfolios. We do not manage your money, we do not hold your assets, and we never have access to your brokerage account.
- Not advice. Nothing we publish is investment, financial, legal or tax
advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
- Not personal. We do not assess your financial situation, your experience,
your risk tolerance or your objectives. Every subscriber on a given plan receives identical signals.
- Your decision. Every order placed in your brokerage account is your own
decision and your own act. You are solely responsible for it.
- Risk of loss. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your
entire investment and, where leverage is used, more than your investment. Read the Risk Disclosure before you subscribe.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must give accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials, second factor and recovery codes secure. Tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.
One account is for one person. You may not share access.
4. Subscriptions, prices and who sells to you
Stripe is the merchant of record. We use Stripe's Managed Payments programme. This means that when you subscribe:
- Your purchase contract for the transaction is with Stripe, not with us.
Stripe is responsible for billing, invoicing, VAT and refunds.
- The checkout and the subscription-management surface are operated under the
Link brand. Your card or bank statement will show LINK.COM*, not "Ordertune".
- You manage, change and cancel your subscription through that Link surface. We
can also cancel it for you on request.
- Stripe's own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment relationship.
We remain your counterparty for the Services themselves — access, content, availability and support.
Prices. All prices shown on the Platform and on our website are net amounts and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the rate applicable to your location and is collected and remitted by Stripe.
Term and renewal. Subscriptions run for one month and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then. We do not refund part-used periods except where the law requires it or Stripe grants a refund.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. Because two contracts are involved (section 4), it matters which one you are withdrawing from.
The purchase. Your purchase contract is with Stripe as merchant of record. Anything that concerns payment, invoicing or refunds is directed to Stripe. You can reach their support from the Link surface where you manage your subscription.
The Services. Your contract for the Services themselves is with us. Before we unlock a paid plan, we ask you to request expressly that we begin providing the Services straight away rather than waiting for the 14 days to pass. We record that request.
You keep your right to withdraw. If you withdraw after we have begun, you owe us a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided, up to the point your withdrawal reaches us. You do not lose the right by starting early — you only pay for what you used.
The full instructions, together with the model withdrawal form, are in the Withdrawal Instruction at /legal/withdrawal-instruction. You may use that form, but you do not have to: any clear statement sent to legal@ordertune.com is enough.
6. Connecting a brokerage account
The Platform can connect to a brokerage account that you own and operate, through the Ordertune Bridge, software that runs on your own machine.
- We never receive, store or ask for your broker credentials.
- The Bridge fetches signals; you release each order, unless you have
separately and expressly enabled automated release.
- Automated release requires a separate, explicit consent, is limited to the
strategies you name, and expires automatically. It does not make us your portfolio manager, and it does not transfer responsibility for your orders to us.
- Position sizing is configured by you. We calculate quantities from the figures
your broker reports; you are responsible for checking that the result is what you intended.
- The Bridge reports
which brokerage accounts exist under the login you connect it to, and we store that list. We use it to size your orders correctly, and to check that your use of the Services matches your plan. A login that carries accounts you do not beneficially own is therefore visible to us.
Use of the Bridge is additionally governed by the Bridge Terms of Service.
7. Your licence, and what you may not do
For as long as your subscription is in force and paid, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to use the signals, model portfolios, analytics and exports we deliver for your own trading, in brokerage accounts you beneficially own, and for no other purpose.
That is the entire scope of what you receive. Any use beyond it is not a breach of a side obligation — it is use without a licence.
In particular, you may not:
- redistribute, republish, resell, mirror, syndicate, forward or otherwise make
available signals, model portfolios, analytics or exports to any third party, whether for payment or free of charge;
- use the Services for, or on behalf of, any account you do not beneficially
own — including client accounts, managed accounts, advisory accounts, pooled accounts, funds, and any sub-account under an adviser or institutional master login;
- use the Services to operate a signal service, a copy-trading offering, a
managed account, a fund, or any other offering to third parties;
- extract or re-use a substantial part of our signal database, or publish a
substantially equivalent set of signals derived from what we deliver;
- scrape, reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls, rate limits or
entitlement checks;
- share your account, your credentials, or your Bridge installation with anyone
else.
All content, data and software remain our property or that of our licensors.
If you breach this section. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund, and claim damages. If you are not a consumer, we may in addition charge the fees that would have been payable for the accounts actually served, for the entire period in which they were served.
7a. Advisers, managers and other professional users
If you would use the Services in connection with accounts you do not beneficially own, write to advisory@ordertune.com. We offer a separate written agreement for that use. It is not available through the plans on this site, and subscribing to one of those plans does not create it.
So that you know it before you ask, that agreement will require at least:
- that you hold whatever authorisation your own activity requires, and that
you act towards your own clients in your own name and on your own responsibility;
- that you, and not we, owe your clients the information, suitability and risk
duties that your relationship with them entails — we have no relationship with them, do not know them, and will not acquire one through the agreement;
- that the number of brokerage accounts you serve is disclosed to us and kept
current, and that we may verify it against what your Bridge login reports.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform depends on third parties — our hosting provider, your broker, market data sources and the payment provider — and we are not liable for their failures. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
Signals are published when our models produce them. We do not promise a particular number of signals, a particular frequency, or any result.
9. Liability
- We are liable without limitation for damage caused
intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, and where we have given a guarantee.
- For slight negligence we are liable only where we breach a duty that is
essential to the purpose of the contract (a "cardinal duty"), and then only up to the damage typically foreseeable for this kind of contract.
- Any other liability is excluded.
- Subject to the paragraphs above, our aggregate liability for claims arising in
any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Services in that period.
Trading losses. We are not liable for losses arising from your trading decisions, from market movements, from the execution or non-execution of orders by your broker, or from your use of a signal. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Term and termination
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. You may delete your account in the Platform; deletion follows the process described in the Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access for a serious breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. We may terminate for convenience on 30 days' notice, refunding any period paid for but not yet provided.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms where there is a valid reason — a change in the Services, in our providers, or in the law. We will publish the new version at /legal/terms with a new version identifier, and we will tell you before it takes effect. The version you accepted remains retrievable at /legal/terms/v/<version>.
If a change materially disadvantages you, you may cancel with effect from the date the change takes effect.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remainder stays in force. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
