Ordertune — Withdrawal Instruction

This instruction applies if you are a consumer — that is, if you subscribe for purposes that are mainly outside your trade, business or profession. If you subscribe as a business, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to you.
Two contracts are involved when you subscribe, and they are withdrawn from in different places. Section 4 of the Terms of Use, at /legal/terms, explains the split.
1. Withdrawing from the Services contract (with us)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract was concluded — that is, from the day your paid plan was activated.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form set out in section 3 below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Because Stripe is the merchant of record for the payment (section 4 of the Terms of Use), a reimbursement may be carried out by Stripe on our behalf.
If you asked us to start straight away
Before we unlock a paid plan, we ask you to request expressly that the Services begin during the withdrawal period. If you made that request and then withdraw, you must pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
You do not lose your right of withdrawal by asking us to start early. You only pay for the part you actually received.
2. Withdrawing from the purchase (with Stripe)
Your purchase contract — payment, invoicing, VAT and refunds — is with Stripe as merchant of record, operating under the Link brand. A withdrawal that concerns the payment itself is directed there.
You can reach Link support from the subscription-management surface you were sent to after subscribing, or from the receipt Link sends you. Stripe's own terms apply to that relationship.
